Project for Promsvyazbank

Promsvyazbank (PSB) – a Russian bank, which was founded in 1995 and is included in the list of systemically important credit organizations. This list was made by the Bank of Russia. Promsvyazbank is one of the top 10 banks in the country in terms of assets.

Since 2019, it has been the anchor bank for state defense order and large state contracts operations.

At the moment the bank’s services are used by more than 250 000 corporate clients, including more than 5 000 customers from large companies and 2.7 million retail customers.

The bank’s network has about 300 sales offices all over Russia.

We have created a mobile app for PSB, which allows you to quickly and easily use the bank’s services from your smartphone: make transactions, operate with accounts, find the nearest offices and ATMs, etc.

Applications features

The Promsvyazbank mobile application allows you to:

  • View your card, credit, account and deposit information
  • Transfer funds instantly from your card or account
  • Make utility bill payments (mobile communication, Internet, and etc.)
  • Control your expenses and track your payment history
  • Exchange currencies between accounts
  • Communicate with the bank online and by phone
  • It can show on the map the ATMs, offices, and partners’ offices based on the customer’s route and geographic location
  • Details about each branch: opening hours, address, services, Accessibility for disabled persons
  • Current status of ATMs (updated every 5 minutes)
  • Notifications about promotions and discounts for Promsvyazbank clients

PSB-MOBILE was the most functional application among the mobile services of Russian banks at the time of its launch.

Our role

  • Development of application architecture and user scenarios
  • Cross-platform development for iOS and Android based on Mono technologies
  • Running the back-office for management and geo-positioning of the bank objects (offices, ATMs, discounts)
  • Development of the server part and its integration with the banking infrastructure
