Digex Genome Browser

A free genomic web browser for bioinformaticians who want to work with their own data sets.
A tool for analyzing genomic data formats.
An open-source product.

DGB is designed for researchers who want to work with their own data sets and integrate them with popular public resources (NCBI, Ensembl, UniProt, etc.). The built-in DGB genomic browser can work with a variety of data types in different commonly used genomic data formats, including BAM/CRAM, GFF/GTF, VCF (including structural), as well as bigwig and bed/seg files.

DGB supports real-time interaction with genome resolution of any scale and simultaneous display of data from multiple genomic regions. DGB also has a built-in plugin for viewing protein 3D structures. The browser with its own API can be integrated into data processing pipelines. DGB supports Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and other web browsers on all leading operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux), and data processing is performed on the server side.
